Welcome to Expenzia, operated by DashDirect Depot LLC. By using Expenzia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Expenzia is a personal budgeting and expense tracking application designed for informational and organizational purposes. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

2. Accounts

To use Expenzia, you may sign in using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email/phone authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

3. Subscriptions

Expenzia offers a paid subscription to access premium features:

• Monthly: $0.99/month

• Yearly: $9.99/year

• Includes a 7-day free trial

Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Data & Storage

Expenzia stores user data securely using Supabase. This may include expense entries, budgets, goals, and account information necessary for app functionality.

We do not sell personal data.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app. Expenzia is not responsible for financial decisions made based on app data.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time:

• In-app account deletion feature, or

• Email request to: info@dashdirectdepot.com

Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable laws and system limitations.

7. Privacy

Your use of Expenzia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
